INDUSTRIAL STEAM IRON “FS”LINE

The industrial steam iron FS  has been created for an anti-drop performance even with a  steam hose of 5,0 metre. It is built with a pressure die-cast aluminium plate with 32 steam chambers. This particular structure permits to eliminate the condense produced in the steam hoses. Furthermore, the heating element is directly welded in the plate’s upper part concentrating, in this way, on the counterbalance 2/3 of the weight; so to give the heat off uniformly and the heating element is long-life.  That’s why the anti-drop performance.

Common features: safety bimetallic thermostat with manual reset for an exact temperature control (calibration 275°) - handle made of steel bracket to  assure sturdiness and a plastic covering with built-in wings as a protection against steam - junction fairlead for current cord  expressly  studied for progressive toughness - 1,8 kg iron weight, balanced in order to make ironing more confortable - anti-perspiration cork handle - steam button that can be fitted for left-handed, too - available with different current cord or monohose lengths  (current cord + EPDM or silicone steam tube, covered by a nylon case for a longer lasting performance)

  • Adjustable thermostat  for anti-drop calibration set at:  60°C-215°C)

  • Heating element 800 watt to keep constant temperature during ironing activity

  • Weight of steam iron  kg. 3 (only for mod. FS655, FS653) (picture n°4);

  • cover with fixation insert for suspension cordset M8 in steam iron rear (only mod. FS865, FS867) (picture n°2)

  • FS955, FS956 (Picture n°1):

  • NTC electronic probe inside the plate for a constant and exact  control of working temperature

  • 1000 watt heating element to keep working temperature constant during ironing activity

  • cover with fixation insert for suspension cordset M8 in steam iron rear (only mod. FS956) (picture n°2).

  • FS044 (picture n°2): Articulated arm  with fixation insert for suspension cordset M8: it allows to iron easily and for a long time even in vertical position.

  • FS043 (picture n°1): Temperature control electronic card for electronic steam iron FS955 and FS956 with:

    • large 3 figure display to grant a very good visibility in any working conditions

    • temperature calibration from 110° to 230° easily to see on the display

    •  anti cooling  function intervening at each pressure of the steam button. It sets in action the heating system of the plate for 5 seconds, apart from the minimum temperature , avoiding then the sudden cooling  caused by steam transit.

    • Electric cable connecting the electric card to the boiler (4*0,75 1,4 mt length)
