MOD. PG036 AUTOMATIC STAINLESS STEEL  STEAM  GENERATOR OF 5,0 LITERS

 The PG036 is a new and revolutionary industrial steam generator having a double function system, manual and automatic, to ensure an unlimited autonomy.

This new industrial steam generator has been designed considering all the working situations: not only its small shape offers the chance to find out the most comfortable position in the smallest space, but also a working autonomy of 24 hours due to its automatic system.

The automatic system

First of all the automatic system, designed with the electric area separated from the steam one to avoid condensation problems, is equipped with an electric card and a self-filling pump which permits an automatic and continuous filling of the machine. The water level is checked by a probe situated inside the boiler  directly connected to the electronic card which controls the water suction maintaining it at a constant level. In the end there are two hoses outside the machine: one is to charge water and the other to relief air.

The manual system

The manual system is activated by pressing the switch on the external part of the automatic system.

The chassis

  • steam switch

  • low water indicator light

  • two sockets for current supply and for solenoid valve control

  • two solenoid valves for steam regulation of the eventual connected accessory

  • safety cap with safety valve

  • exhaust valve

  • switch to select the manual or automatic system

Boiler

  • armour-plated Incoloy heating elements for the energy conservation

  • one widespread pressure switch for a continuous steam control

  • bulb thermostat with probe puts directly into the heating element  to control its temperature in case of a sudden rise

  • two solenoid valves with steam regulator

  • two steam outlets

  • probe to control the water level

  • electronic card

  • self-filling pump
